About Us 

    Like many other businesses, Dufferin Diesel Works began with one man, a truck, and some tools in 2009. Since then, Dufferin Diesel Works has grown into a full-time truck service and repair facility with several employees in the heart of industrial Orangeville. 

    Having grown up here, we are proud to be serving Dufferin and surrounding areas! We specialize in diesel truck service and repair but offer many beneficial services. 

    Our goal here is to work hard, provide honesty and integrity in our work, and treat your vehicle with as much care as you do. We strive to maintain a clean and positive work atmosphere and provide our customers with experienced and qualified workmanship. 

    We are grateful to our loyal customers who continue to provide positive word-of-mouth. Our suppliers provide us with quality parts and serve us in a way that benefits our customers. We appreciate and recognize our dedicated employees who work hard and show both care and pride in their work. In all this, we are thankful to God for giving us supportive family and friends and for guiding us in this venture. 

    Meet the Team

    Jeff and Hetti Endeman

    Jeff is the heart, soul, and face of Dufferin Diesel Works. He grew up in Orangeville, Ontario, the youngest of five children. Jeff began part-time work already at the age of 12. After completing high school and working in the truck body fabrication industry, Jeff began an apprenticeship. In 1999, he married his wife Hetti and earned his 310T Truck and Coach Technician Certificate of Qualification. Hetti grew up on a dairy farm near Hillsburgh, one of seven children. She has a background in business administration and now manages the administration of the business behind the scenes. In 2009, after Jeff had gained many years of dealership experience, they started Dufferin Diesel Works as a part-time venture. Since then, the business has grown and now operates full-time as a truck service and repair facility in Orangeville.Jeff has worked countless hours and fixed many trucks. He spends most of his time overseeing operations these days, but will still turn wrenches if the job has to go!  He takes time for camping, travelling, and snowmobiling.  Hetti continues to manage the business.  She enjoys camping, travelling, and hockey.  Together they operate Dufferin Diesel Works and enjoy spending time with their six children.

    Shaun 

    Shaun has been working in the service and repair industry for more than 20 years. He has been working for Dufferin Diesel for the past 10 years and is a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician. His extensive knowledge and experience with tougher jobs is a huge asset to our organization.  He likes to spend his free time camping, fishing and being with his family. 

    Derek

    Derek has brought extensive tire and windshield knowledge and experience to our team.   Previously, Derek managed his own business in the tire and windshield repair industry.  As our parts and tires manager, Derek oversees ordering parts, tracking inventory, and tire and windshield sales and installation.  In his free time, Derek enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and playing sports. 

    Wyatt

    Wyatt is a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician and has been with Dufferin Diesel since 2021.  In addition, he aims to complete his 310S Automotive Technician apprenticeship.  His endless energy, willingness, and strong interest in the mechanical industry make him a strong asset to our team.  He loves snowmobiling and fishing and spending time with his family.

    Laura

    Laura has a lot of experience in retail.  She has worked at several retail stores including Home Hardware, Rona, and Freightliner.  She now works for Dufferin Diesel Works in the office, ordering truck and tire parts and all things reception.  She is valued for her day to day contribution and making everyone's lives easier.

    Kyle

    Kyle started as a co-op student with Dufferin Diesel and has been with us ever since.  He is currently completing his 310T Truck and Coach Technician apprenticeship.  Kyle's growth, willingness, reliability, and his ability to keep everyone laughing make him a great addition to our organization.

    Kelly

    Being a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician, Kelly has worked many years in the industry with plenty of dealership experience (some of those with Jeff back in the day).  After trying the truck driving vocation, Kelly has found a home here at Dufferin Diesel as our new service manager and his vast knowledge, experience, and customer service skills make him a great addition.

    Jim

    After running his own business in the industry, Jim joined Dufferin Diesel.  His many years of experience with tougher jobs and knowledge of customer service make him a great asset to our team.

    Scott

    Scott is a great all around help to our team.  His willingness to complete any task, his knowledge,  experience, and reliability make him a valued member of the Dufferin Diesel team.

    Brendan

    Bendan is a great help to our team!  His has a strong mechanical interest and seeks to grow in the heavy duty industry.

    Nolan

    Like his dad, Nolan has a strong mechanical interest and seeks to grow in the heavy duty industry.  

    Neal

    Neal has joined us as a licensed 310S Automotive Technician.  His vast knowledge and experience are a valuable addition to the Dufferin Diesel organization and the go-to for anything automotive.
